In light of the risks associated with Coronavirus, as of Monday 23 March, the CAFNEC office at Cominos House will be closed to the public. The management committee will be reviewing the situation fortnightly and will re-open the office if deemed appropriate.
The government is asking us to reduce the spread of the virus by reducing non-essential meetings and social gatherings. CAFNEC is taking action to ensure that we have followed advice and not amplifying the spread of the virus. We encourage our members and supporters to call us, email us, get online and stay in touch.
During this time, our team will continue to work hard for our environment and community, and will be working online from home. We will be adapting our advocacy work and social events online, so please join us in a new and interesting time, so that we can stay strong and connected during this time.
Staff will be online and available on the phone for our virtual office hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 4pm.
Please head to our Facebook page and Events page on our website to see how you can get involved in different ways that don’t require meeting face to face.
