CAFNEC AGM

We will be looking back at our efforts, challenges and achievements over 2021-2022, as well as highlighting the issues ahead of us. Staff will present on their projects and campaigns to showcase the extent of CAFNEC‘s work. Join us for great company, yummy nibbles and drinks by donation will be on offer!

When: 6.15pm sign in, with the AGM starting at 6:30pm, Thursday 27th October 2022
Where: Rose Blank Gallery, Cominos House, 27-29 Greenslopes St, North Cairns

CAFNEC members who are unable attend but would still like to have a vote, can submit a Proxy Nomination Form to the CAFNEC office by email to: admin@cafnec.org.au. The deadline for receipt of Proxy Forms is 12 pm on Thursday 27th October 2022.

Please note: Only financial members are eligible to vote on the election of members of the Management Committee and other matters necessitating approval of the majority of the members. • Appointment of an Auditor for 2022/2023
• Report on public liability insurance and level of coverage
• Advice on sponsorships over $500
