Want to get involved in local community-driven action for climate justice and environmental protection?
Through the Our Climate, Our Way of Life campaign, CAFNEC has been building a network of community members who want to see stronger action on climate change in our region.
Through conversations about climate change at doorsteps and discussions about climate solutions at our Climate Community Hall events, community members from across Cairns have come together to establish a Community Climate Action Group (CCAG).
The CCAG is a volunteer, community-driven group that meets once a month to learn new skills, and take local, strategic action on climate change.
